We had a few property managers through and we weren't really happy with any until a last minute phone call and meeting with Cairns Beaches Realty. We initially wondered why we had wasted so much time with other agencies. We have had the best customer service from Sam our property manager. She truly is a blessing and nothing is ever an issue. The amount of information we receive and photos from each inspection is amazing. Defiantly recommend them.

They will refuse to respond or communicate about anything you dispute. Don't forget: fair wear and tear counts for nothing with these people. Fight them every step, know your rights.
